Yes. Both are live today and free, no account needed. Bookmark them and use them as often as you want. Try the lookup tool
How would recall and issue alerts actually reach us, and how fast?
That's still being worked out based on interest. The likely shape is an email to your shop as soon as a brand you told us you carry shows up in our recall database, plus a way to quickly check a specific product if a customer raises a complaint.
Does any of this replace our POS or inventory system?
No. It's a reference and alert layer, not inventory. It answers "what's in this" and "is there a known issue," not "how many bags are on the shelf."
