What KibbleLab does

KibbleLab does not sell identifiable personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under our Terms, we may create, use, share, or license aggregate or genuinely de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you, your household, or your devices.

Submit a request

Email privacy@kibblelab.com to request access, correction, a portable copy of your information, or account deletion. If you have a KibbleLab account, email us from the address on it so we can verify the request. If you do not have an account and contacted us another way, such as a dataset, API, or veterinary practice inquiry, email us from the address you used so we can find your records.

Account deletion

Deletion stops future collection and removes or de-identifies account and pet information, subject to limited legal, billing, security, and dispute-retention exceptions. Information already made genuinely de-identified cannot be linked back to your account and may be retained.
